Overall a nice place to stay, but my bath tub wasn't exactly clean. I had to rinse a couple hairs down before I could bathe, and that sort of grossed me out a little. The staff were really friendly, however, and the overall setting was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the chocolate dipped strawberries we had were AMAZING :)
The staff was so friendly! Walking to our room, the cleaning lady said hello to us from a room, something that has Never happened at any hotel ever! The front desk staff was very prompt and informative when checking in! The rooms were clean, and we even had an electric fire place in our room, which was a big surprise! Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay here next time we're in town! Oh, and the price was unbeatable!! 5 stars!
The hotel was pretty nice if a little gawdy. We had the Napoleon suite as a honeymoon suite after our wedding. The room was a great size. The tub in the middle of the room was a little odd but it did make the room look more special than a regular room. The price was pretty good for the size of room. The continental breakfast was typical affair, nothing special. I didn't try the pool but it looked nice enough. Overall a positive hotel experience.
All around, pretty nice. Continental breakfast isn't included, and it costs extra on top of that to get bacon and/or eggs with breakfast. Our room didn't feature blinds so if you need the room to be pitch black to sleep, you might want to look elsewhere or improvise curtains. Beds themselves were nice enough, but were rather stiff.
The experience was good. Not a fan of breakfast vouchers and not have a full deluxe complimentary continental breakfast. The pool was as too be expected, nothing special. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and was inexpensive. The worst part of the whole thing is the 100$ incidentals per night not coming back on your card for half a month or so was the case for me. Luckily it was only a night and being short 100$ dollars for the next while didn't hurt too much
