These girls in the shop location acts like they own it! I went to return some stuff as this store never smaller sizes available (sold out always) so I usually order online. This short hair white girl, kinda talks weird like a robot rejected the return saying its a red tag item, but at the time of online purchase it didn’t say “final sale” or “last chance” & usually it would say something like that & so I mentioned this & said nowhere it said that! Then she pretends to look something up & says “Okayyy I’ll still do the return but yaa” as if she’s doing me a huge favour & she wasn’t supposed to do it. Supporting her was a black girl with short hair, wasn’t helpful either. Its like they group up & decide to chill ,work minimum & all they do is talk about drama,hanging out ,their relationships & sing loud to the store music like they need to be taught manners like a 3 year old. Do better Ardene & dont ask me to forward this as an email, the review section should be enough to know whats up & take actions!
I’ve been shopping at this exact location for almost 3 years now. I work in this mall and I often visit this store when I’m on my break. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service until today. I asked one of the sales associates, Melanie for some help. I asked if that one skirt I liked was on promotion, she didn’t seem like helping me in the first place but I chose to avoid it. After she had scanned the item, I thanked her for checking it for me told her that I would like to try it on. Her response to that was, “Are you sure that’s your size?” I am very disappointed and offended by this statement. I work in retail too, I am well aware this isn’t how you talk to your customer (especially commenting on their bodysize). I wonder if she is racist (I’m Indian).
love the clothes but you have to pay for a bag and it falls apart i’ve been walking around for an hour and it’s broken do not recon buying a bag. it’s useless. they need to get better bags or make these ones free. i’m very disappointed.
This is the crapiest store ever!!!!! I bought a stupid face mask from there and it doesn’t even work! Seriously, 11$ for a freaking face mask that doesn’t even work. It came off in little bits and it ripped some of my skin off. All your stuff is crap! Crap crap crap! Everything you buy there is garbage. The store is a load of garbage. The surprise packs are just crap they don’t sell. When I get a lawyer, I am DEFINITELY SEWING this store for GOOD. There stuff is a rip off. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. You guys don’t even deserve a star. Your lucky I gave you one
I really like the selection of clothes here and how there are always new items showing up all the time! The displays are easy to navigate and the sizes selection are more than accommodating for my own person needs. I appreciate the constant sales and discounts and the change room is pretty great! Staff have always been helpful to me and they never hesitate to help out! My boyfriend might get mad at all the times I go there, but he’s never been disappointed in an outfit I’ve brought home ;)
