I went to this location the other day and an older lady with blonde hair and an accent was very rude as soon as I came into the store I felt unwelcomed, I asked about sales and she sounded annoyed with my questions and told me there is no sales in the store for me, I’ve never had issues here before usually everyone is very nice, roots do better with employees!!
Went in today and the saleswoman “Dakota” was unbelievably rude to my partner and I. I think she may need an angry management lesson or something. Will not be going in again after that very rude sales consultant.
Such a lovely store with really friendly helpful staff. my daughter was struggling to choose what she'd like and the lady helped her pick some things out. even walked us up to the adults Roots store so that she could use their changing room to try on a dress. they kindly said they'd hold a couple of items for her while we were in the mall to shop and eat. went back a few hours later and my daughter was struggling to decide if she really wanted the dress, and another staff member came and offered some stickers which really cheered her up. was told they accept returns so we bought the items we'd held there so she could try on again at home without the pressure. so helpful, will definitely shop here again, and they had a great selection for a small pop up shop. <3
My husband and I went into roots today and were throughly impressed. There were four employees in the floor, each of which were friendly and helpful. One associate got my husband multiple different sizes of clothes and helped him choose what he wanted. While that was happening, another associate completed an online order to my house since they didn't have the sizes I needed (I got free shipping to my house and she found some great sales online for me!). I'm very thankful that we were not rushed and the experience was quite lovely.
I like roots. But the sales people at this location aren't very nice. When I go in they just watch me. And do not say hello. I've been ordering online.
This store had nice service and was clean, typical Roots store. I am quite disappointed in Roots marketing they claim made in Canada but aside from their leather products, everything seems to be made in China. While I will agree the fabrics are better than other brands the prices are unjustifiable.
Went in to pick up gifts for my bachelorette party and had the best interactions with Donna and her sales associate Chloe! Ended up purchased several of the cabin socks (the long ones) and flannels for the girls. Chloe was so pleasant and helpful, she made it super easy to be a customer and I was in-and-out in no time! Definitely heading back for that Banff mini bag I saw
