The workers are extremely rude! I asked for something that I couldn’t find on shelf & they just pretend to look in the back for 30 sec & brought something completely different which was already on display & said they don't have any of what i wanted while the website says there's 3 in stock at this location. This one worker kept saying “sorry” in a different accent/tone almost like mocking & she doesn’t talk like that when having a conversation. Even toronto workers doesn’t come to work with this kinda attitude of “owning” the store!
I went to the mall looking for a women's 3 pce suit for an upcoming Toronto X Hotel Soiree and was anxious about my options. I decided to try Dynamite before any other shops and I was overwhelmed with the help these young ladies provided me. Olivia assisted me with the task of trying on 10 different styles and sizes of black dress pants and we paired it with an off-white/cream perfectly fit blazer. The bow-tie and accessories I already had secured. The pair of pants I chose were quite wrinkled, so Olivia got the assistance of Jocelyn who happily steamed my pants to perfection before my purchase. I think the new generation take some heat from us older generations, but all these girls in the store today were mature, helpful and happy to help. They made my day, to be honest. Go Queens!
Was very disappointed with the customer service from the manager. I purchased a dress for a wedding. After one use the threads were coming undone and manager refused to offer any resolution in store. Definitely not my experience in other dynamite stores. Wouldn’t not recommend purchasing from this location.
Walked in one hour before close. I was the only customer in the store. The 3 employees noticed me and just stood there. I felt like I was a ghost walking around the store. Head office should take this group to the newmarket or vaughn mills location where they can learn the basics of customer service
Not a very helpful place to shop, the staff stood at the counter the entire time. If you wanted different sizes you had to get them yourself. I saw multiple people have to put themselves in the change room without any help. I am disappointed because I have shopped in here before and had amazing help.
We just had the worst experience in this place due to Briana's bad attention, her unwillingness to help us buy a dress. really if they choose their staff make sure they are not racist And so so polite
I was disgusted when visiting this store in June. After receiving no help while looking around the store, and finding very limited sizing, I had asked one of the employees if they had a certain shirt in a size L. The employee smirked and then told me that they don’t carry “sizes like that” in that location. I immediately left the dressing room as I was furious that they did not carry anything in size large or extra large, and had the attitude that I shouldn’t be shopping there - asking for a size bigger. A very poor customer service experience. I used to love shopping at Dynamite, but will not be continuing to shop there if they stop carrying sizes. Additionally, not offering any sizes above medium is absolutely outrageous. Be more size inclusive!
