Got a friendly greeting but stood at the shoe wall for quite a while while two staff members had a conversation rather than checking in. It's very uncomfortable to have to interrupt a personal conversation to ask for help. Wasn't acknowledged until I was walking out. Went down the hall to Spot Check and spent money there instead.
Great and friendly person inside...while walking in the staff at the front didn't create eye contact and didn't say hi or welcome...product is good but a little over priced. They do currently have 40% off on certain products.
Lots of outdoor clothing/gear worth checking out if your looking for something like that. Alot of stuff was branded by L.L.Bean which I didn't really like.
I agree with previous reviewer Colin. Prices are crazy high! Saw a pair of slippers for $120 and a duffel bag for $159.... I would also add that most of their clothing looks like it’s more geared for an older crowd of outdoorsman. I was excited to get into the store, but won’t be going back. They don’t have anything Sportchek doesn’t have and it’s double the price. Edit: I have been back, their stuff is very nice… just expect to pay for it..
