Today I visited this store and the sales person with glasses have rude behaviour with me not highly recommended the guy behave like with me im burglar if u guys don’t want costumers why u open the store its not tolerated i spend money time to visit your store and pay for things which i buy r u guys giving free things that’s why u behave like that

I’m leaving my review here because I ordered a pair of shoes online through the website, and it was shipped from this location. First and foremost, the shoe I wanted wasn’t available at any locations in the GTA, so I was left with no choice but to order them online. Upon receiving my order in the mail, I found that I had received a completely different pair of shoes than what I had ordered. I immediately contacted customer service online but have yet to receive a response. I visited another JD location to return the shoes and was told that I wouldn’t be able to return them, as it would throw off their inventory. This whole experience has been unpleasant and time/energy-consuming. I did not expect to go through all of this over a pair of shoes. I’m stuck with these shoes until someone from the company gets back to me. At this point, I just want my $230 refund and to take my business elsewhere, as this company can’t seem to get things right. If I could leave zero stars, I would, but since Google doesn’t allow it, 1 star will have to suffice.
I was in a rush and on the hunt for shoes my daughter would approve of and Dan made it all happen in under 10 minutes! Love this store, the variety and the staff!
