Each time I visit this location i have an unpleasant experience. The biggest thing is the associates having a "mean girl" sort of attitude. Constantly bombarding you and its clear that there is either no communication between staff or they have a system of putting sales under associates and they attempt to take other peoples sales and it gets out of hand. I always feel uncomfortable and I never get the proper help i need.
I normally don’t care to review clothing stores, but my experience today did not make me want to come back again. I’ve been to this location many times and have never experienced this. consistently bombarded, I was asked if I needed help by probably 8-10 associates within less than 10 minutes. Even after expressing I did not need help anytime I was looking for a size I had an associate ask me before I could barley even look if I needed help finding my size as if I was incapable of doing it on my own. Then after trying some things on I asked for a different size and the associate questioned me twice if I needed to size down and asked me to move the garment around that it looked like it fit instead of just going to get what I asked without question. I then proceeded to take my time trying to decide on what I wanted to go with a was continually questioned if I had made a decision yet. I was completely turned off by the conduct of the employees, their verbal responses and the consistent hounding.
Went in to find an outfit, Tameka and Lizzie helped me out. Literally the sweetest girl i have ever experienced in a clothing store in my life. 10/10 experience absolutely loved them.
I tried on a bikini and wanted to show my boyfriend who was waiting outside the change room and the manger came over and started talking to me about other bikini options which made me very uncomfortable as i was in a revealing bikini and i didn’t want people to see my body.
I don't remember her name but the lady working at the change room was super nice, she made me feel super comfortable as a man trying things on. If she gets to read this; thank you!
2022 Aug: 4/5 -1st clerk was very friendly and helpful...2nd clerk (after I guess the first one went on her break) was monotone and did not seem interested in answering questions which was disappointing...
Staff was rude, clothing was bad. All the tops you’d be lucky to fit one areola in if you’re lucky because they are so cropped. I counted 7 shirts that weren’t cropped out of the entire store. Clearly suited for a singular body type and it was so apparent it was almost laughable.
