Camila was a big help with finding me a dress, went out of her way to find other dresses for me that matched my preferences while I was in the change room and she had some really great picks. Helped me out the entire time I was in there (which was a reallyy long time) and I really valued her opinion when deciding on which dress to buy. Super friendly too <3
The staff were very accommodating to my daughter. They even brought me out a chair. We didnt find what we wanted with the time w had but will be going back.
I attended this store with my 14 year old daughter today, to look for a graduation dress. As a young lady, she has some insecurities, that are very common. However, my daughter was feeling down because in her opinion, nothing felt right. The ladies working at this store championed together, and it all worked out for my daughter, and she felt very happy at the end. She even gave the ladies a hug! With today's social media, our kids are under so much pressure to get along, interact, and fit in overall. In my opinion, this compounded with puberty, is daunting when they have trouble interacting without succumbing to the masses just to fit in. Today I witnessed women cheerleading my daughter in all aspects of being a young woman. As a father, it truly was beautiful to watch. 10 stars for the ladies at this location. Thank you for all your support! You made me very proud. I understood what my daughter wanted, but I couldn't put it in words. These ladies had it all worked out. Woman power at its finest. We bought a dress with sparkles for our daughter’s semi formal. When she came home from the dance she had SO MANY sparkles all over her skin. The sparkles were imbedded in her armpits, making them look blue. There were sparkles all over the upholstery of our car. The store manager would not let us exchange or even give us credit. She said it wasn’t considered a malfunction/ manufacturing defect . Her approach with us was very non apologetic and that it wasn’t her fault, she wasn’t understanding in the slightest. We will never shop here again. This store won’t last long selling this kind of cheap clothing and horrible policies. What a waste of $80.
If I could leave negative reviews I would!! I went in a bit ago and was looking around. I’m a bigger girl, and I didn’t know this place is like Brandie Mellville, only catering to smaller sized people! So I went in to see the carharrt selection for women and a younger guy came over to help. After a while he kept being pushy, and finally told me to check the MENS section. I was so offended, upset and honestly just so surprised he would even suggest something like that to me. Terrible customer service, left feeling unsafe and very upset.
Service was absolutely horrific at this store. Was in there for 20 minutes waiting for assistance, no one in sight? Hiding in the back I suppose? Clearly a lack of management.
When my wife and I arrived at this mall we realized we forgot to bring a stroller. No problem because malls have things you can use. I paid at the terminal and found out that the cart was broken. It was positioned in a way concealing the damage. Since there is no one at this automated dispenser I went to the mall's customer service. The 2 women sitting at the desks laughed me and my wife. "That's not our problem. It's a third party company. If you want help with that then call the number on the screen. We don't deal with that". They didn't care that it has beoken loose sharp metal. Not their problem. These 2 women working at Customer Service at 4:30 Sunday May 22 2022 could benefit from a course in customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. We won't inconvenience them again. The customer service number only takes voice mails and they don't return calls.
