This review does not reflect the store location but the costumer service I’ve received regarding a purchase made at Pseudio a couple months ago. The lack of reasoning regarding not being able to exchange or receive store credit for a gift purchased for my father is outrageous. Not sure what to do with untouched clothing that’s too large with tags attached and a receipt to match. My first and last purchase at this store.
I wasn’t gonna write a review, but I was in on Monday and felt so pressured into a sale. I actually rushed out of the store and didn’t buy anything it was so aggressive. I will not be back.
