Very happy with this hotel... I've had bad experiences in the past with Four Points, but their staff at this location saved the day. Gave my son a free chocolate egg, an extra breakfast coupon, and were very attentive when we got there (check-in took 30 seconds). The food was pretty good too.Highly recommend this hotel!
Stayed here this week for 2 days for work. Check in was a breeze, the room was very comfortable. The restaurant topped it off for me though. The food and service was exceptional. Ashley served me both days for dinner and I was astonished with how great her service was. I dont particularly like traveling for work, but she made me feel right at home. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.
Nice clean rooms. The gym and pool are decent. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They have craft beers at the restaurant which is nice. The hotel is located right off highway 400. Short drive to downtown.
Easy access to the highway. Friendly service, clean rooms, nice amenities. The attached bar/restaurant is well stocked and convenient. Found the walls to be thin so hallway/upstairs noises were more noticeable. The wifi was unreliable, periodically not connecting on my phone & laptop. When it did connect, it was slower than expected.
