The staff will always contact you for upcoming appointments via emails and/or a telephone call. Automatically you are set up with your animals profile on their website for easy retrieval of any medical issues and treatment history or confirmation of past injections and shots! Great staff and very friendly!

I switched to this vet and am so thankful for the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and excellent care my pet receives here on each visit - and afterward. A full service vet with local resources for some tests (which means quick results - and less time worrying for me as a pet parent), which I really appreciate. Allandale staff always follow up afterward, usually more than once!, just to make sure my pet is doing well. I cant thank them enough for their customer service - and treating my pet who means everything to me so well.
Been going here for a number of years and have always left feeling I have been looked after and cared about as a customer. From vet visits to grooming they always have taken care of all our pets needs. Warm, friendly and compassionate are three words that describe Allandale Veterinarians and staff well. Highly recommend and they will take great care of you and will not take advantage of you or your pocket book.
First experience at Allandale was amazing. Staff are all such friendly, caring people, the building is bright, clean, and inviting.The veterinarian who helped me took the time to do all proper tests, explained what he was doing and really made me feel like my concern mattered.I have no criticisms of Allandale, I wish more vet hospitals were run the way this place is.
