I was in desperate need for help with my cat who was having a skin issue and anxiety. VCA O’Sullivan location helped me out asap and got me in earlier than my appointment twice as I called in desperate need for help as I was anxious for my poor kitty. They allowed me to come in even earlier than my early appointment. They were thorough with my cat and me, and let me ask 100 questions. My biggest fear is never having enough money to provide everything I want and NEED for my cat. They reassured me we can figure a way out and this made me feel so comfortable and safe here. I’d love to bring my cat back often. The whole team from front desk to the tech and doctor were great with me and my cat. Highly recommend them. I’ve heard and searched online for a good vet with decent prices and team, heard about this place and tried it out. I agree with the reviews in how lovely the staff is, clean the place is, supportive and accommodating. People complain about prices but sadly that’s the market and the people caring for our animals deserve to be paid a fair wage ontop of the resources it takes to care for such delicate non human things. They take pride and passion in their word and you can tell. There’s a reason people return here and it’s because their pets are well loved. Treat yourself and your pet to someone who cares!
Would provide 0 stars if possible. They will find any possible reason to deny your animal the free first visit, don't even bother trying unless you're prepared to spend the full exam fee unexpectedly. Incredibly dissappointed and will be taking our animals and business elsewhere.
They turn away people who need Farley Foundation funding despite being a partner. They expect you to shell out top dollar to see their vet so they can then decide if you’re worthy of the FF funding. They discriminate based on financial status.
The clinic and staff were very kind and compassionate during our final goodbye to our lifelong companion. When all other clinics turned us away or only offered "drop off euthanasia" (seriously??) due to it being a last minute emergency, O'Sullivan Animal Hospital did not hesitate to squeeze us in right away and make accommodations for an unbearably difficult decision to place our sweet little 16 year old dog to rest. They were very professional and respectful and did not make us feel rushed. They did a proper consult prior to the euthanasia, and went over all of the options and possible outcomes so that we were informed and felt comfortable in making our decision. Thank you for allowing our little man, Lucky, to spend his final moments surrounded by love.
We took one of our cats to this location as they were the only local vet that was open on a Sunday - I feared that the costs would be higher given the emergency nature of the location - however, the prices were very, very reasonable! The front staff was very kind and helpful, Dr. O'Sullivan was amazing! She took her time making sure to discuss the diagnosis process and treatment options with us, and displayed a genuine concern and care for the welfare of our cat. Looking at some of the negative reviews, I can't imagine that these people came to the same place as we did, as I would strongly recommend anyone who has an emergency need to come to this location. Doing some research of our own prior to the appointment allowed us to have a meaningful discussion with the Dr., and at no point in time did we feel as though we were being pressured into a service or medication that was unnecessary.
I was very very happy with the staff at this 24 hour vet hospital. So i truly don't know why anyone would give it 1 star. From the time we got there to the time we left , we were treated with respect, compassion and understanding. Having to bring my 5 month old kitten in for breathing problems and not eating for 3 days, they showed us they cared. Everything was explained to us step by step. We were never pushed into a decision , by them. We were given what they thought was wrong with my kitten Zelda. In the end I decided to euthanize . They were very kind and I thank the staff. People have to remember that veterinarian's aren't God but they have to start somewhere to find out what's wrong with your furry family member. Animal's can't talk to the vet but the veterinarian really really trys her best. Thank you again to the staff. I RECOMMEND THIS 24 HOUR VET HOSPITAL. I'm still upset about the lots of my kitten and it will take a while to get over her. Thanks again
I am writing this review to O'Sullivan Animal hospital for the consistent excellent care you have provided for our families pets over many many years our precious animals. Last week, during a difficult time for one of our magnificent dogs, we were fortunate to have Dr. Sarah Baert and her wonderful assistant Page come to our home for a "quality of life" assessment for our beloved Lab Roxy girl. I am so grateful for the sensitivity, compassion, knowledge and wisdom you brought to walking us through the process of coming to peace and saying "goodbye" to our family pet of 13 years. We are so glad we decided to let her go at home with our family and her " best canine buddies" Lola and Kobie. What a difference you make for so many!
What a disgusting excuse for an animal hospital. The veterinarian that I dealt with should have her licensed revoked. Please never take your animals there. Your response is a joke. Judging by your countless one star reviews, you’re not doing any better. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
I cant thank everyone enough for the prompt and caring attention given to our pup after a nasty dog bite this weekend. She is recovering really well.Really great team.
Had to bring my dog here and was so happy with the girls who were working. They treated him sweetly even though he was being such a baby. Got us in quickly and was strait forword about what i could do. I have read that their prices are high but for an exam, testing and basic medication i was expecting it to be much higher. Well worth the drive and I will be recommending to people i know.
