I often refer to Dr. Patel and his staff as “golden gems”. When my dog Ruby Tuesday (Bluetick Coonhound) got old and developed cancer, we agreed that as long as she wasn’t suffering she could live her best life. When the day finally came I am so thankful that Dr. Patel and Kanisha were there to do the honour. They sent Ruby Tuesday on her final journey with compassion, care and dignity. Dr. Patel and his entire staff are wonderful and genuine and I am very grateful for them.
Dr Patel is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. We trust his advice and he always tries to save us money. Great vet for our 160 lb boy, Magnum!
We’ve been with this clinic for over 7 years. Apparently the one time you question the care given to your pet it’s not acceptable! The young ladies who assist are always kind and helpful. It’ would be nice to appreciate the clients that supported you when you started out many years ago. Good luck to everyone!!! We move on.
Royal Parkside vets in south Barrie are the worst vets every they get the paperwork wrong all the time they don't care about your fur babies they only care about the money Avoid at all costs

Dr. P. is beyond kind. He helped us handle out female cat Memee after having a stroke. We also sadly had to put down our poor Podgy, both being 15 years old and very loved. Our dear Pug Sumo has had a stroke this week and Dr. P has been a fantastic help and just is so kind and loving. The staff are so kind caring and really have stood next to us and have supported us at painful times in our and Sumos life. This is by far the BEST EVER Vet clinic. I have been blessed to have had many pets in my life over the years that have become seniors and have passed. Dr P is the BEST....love them all Heather and Michael Brown Sumo Kiki,s Mom and Dad
Best vet. He is so funny and knows boy (fur baby) hes very vocal and afraid when I take him out. He makes sure my boy is comfortable, and made me laugh so hard when the vet tech was aprehensive to way cat (he was very vocal he wasnt happy) and even the vet said dont worry, he's all talk, just killed me in laughter because he knew my boy. the team.

Dr.Patel and his staff are just wonderful. What I enjoy the most is that even though i financially support my young kids dogs he talks to them about everything so they understand every step along the way. Such a kind hearted man and truly loves the animals. My Rottweiler loves him
Dr Patel and his staff are the most amazing , thoughtful and caring staff I have ever met. They are amazing with our dogs and when we had to put one down suddenly they were so sensitive and thoughtful, they made a devasting time a little easier with a lot of love and kind words and gestures. Highly recommended.
