Dr June's love and wonder for animals is obvious!
I was referred to this clinic and will refer everyone else I know. Each staff member was truly concerned about my cat and never made me feel like I burdened them with calls or questions. They always made time for me, and the doctor after a long day at a conference, saw me at the clinic after hours on my cat's last day. Because my cat was a bit of a medical mystery, it was difficult to diagnose her but after doing a lot of research myself the doctor was right and did everything right. I never felt taken advantage of, the fees were reasonable, and I was never pushed to spend more or buy more. But more importantly, they should sincere care and concern for me and my beloved pet. They did all they could for my pet and were accurate and caring in doing it. I would not choose any other vet.
The staff helped us through the recent loss of our cat. Very professional, very courteous. I would highly recommend them. When the family is ready to bring home a new addition we'll be heading back to Essa Veterinary Services.
Dr. Desouza is loving and compassionate. She cares greatly for our fur babies.
Dr. D'Souza is so lovely. I love how she treats us and our pets. Dogs and cats! She's patient and explains everything so well without trying to take you for whatever she can, which was our experience with O'Sullivan's. We also saw a colleague of hers once when our terrier was sick and was the same, caring and not pushing extra expenses.
