Jay and his staff are great! They are compassionate, quick, and thorough. I moved from the area and changed my pharmacy to the one closest to my new home - I never thought I’d regret leaving a pharmacy, but here I am. I’m now back at the Ferndale pharmacy with my family.
Horrible clinic. Don't even bother wasting your time. Made my sick kid walk 30 minutes to get a spot to see a doctor. We walked in the rain only to be told their full. We HAD JUST CALLED. The people here lack compassion. Go to a clinic where they care.
This pertains to my walk-in experience — I stated my severe high fever and my throat is in severe pain, enflamed, with white spots all over it, and instead of just being half decent medical “professionals” and giving me antibiotics like a logical person (that I’ve been given before by numerous other walk-ins), they refused to give me any — when I have previous experience with these symptoms and antibiotics curing it immediately. They told me if it keeps being excruciating (which it is), to come back — when you’re not even open except Mon/Wed — and for what? For you to not help again? Thanks for letting me continue to suffer, appreciate it. No family doctors available in the province, so glad to know we can’t even rely on these “doctors” at walk-ins. Funny enough, I ended up going to a hospital because my symptoms were so bad and they immediately treated my symptoms with antibiotics. Was that so hard? Wow.
