Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, and was very quick and exceptionally accommodating when both my kids were hospitalized and needed medication synthesized as soon as possible.
The pharmacy owner, Meg, went above and beyond. She contacted my doctor, my current pharmacy, and myself multiple times during the day when I needed a special prescription formulated, and this was the only pharmacy in Barrie that would do it. They also contacted my benefits providers and made sure the cost of the prescription was covered, which my big name pharmacy would not do with another similar medication and made me pay out of pocket. The service at pick up was quick and personal with a thorough consult. No waiting in lines behind scores of people looking for a diagnosis or treatment. Meg and the Springwater pharmacy have just earned a new customer.
